If you use a forklift and want to maintain a safe and beautiful floor, then Fortelock Industry tiles are a great choice. Not only do they look beautiful and come in a wide range of colors and designs, but they increase work safety and are specially designed to withstand regular working loads of forklifts.

Safety
Their main advantage, thanks to the color combination, is allowing you to divide up your space into safety zones or create routes for the forklift trucks to move within. The use of tiles for these purposes is permanent and removes the need to paint the floor or stick warning tape on it as with other types of surfaces. If necessary, the tiles can be replaced or rearranged to adjust the zones or routes as you wish.

Technical parameters
Our Industry tiles are 7 mm thick and have a hardness of 92±3 Shore A. They are ideal for industrial use with load classes 42, 43 and heavy-duty storage, i.e. for using forklifts or pallet trucks.

The load that the floor can take is truly high:
• up to 5,500 kg for four-wheel forklifts with rubber tires
• up to 4,200 kg for Reach trucks with hard wheels
• up to 1,800 kg for pallet trucks on hard wheels

These values may vary under different circumstances and may require securing the floor to the substrate or gluing it, which will increase their durability even more. You can read the details in the technical sheet, where you can also get other advice and tips.
